Liminal Oasis was born from my own journey through the space in-between.

It is in these liminal thresholds, the quiet transitions between who we thought we were and who we are becoming, that we discover the truth of who we are.

For a long time, I took pride in building a life based on expectations rather than authenticity. Even from a young age, I felt a profound sense of responsibility. I became the person who ensured everyone else's needs were taken into consideration. Everyone's needs except my own.

 Why I created Liminal Oasis

When everything crumbled

Then life asked me to begin again.

Just prior to 2020, my father passed away.

Within the year that followed, I left my religious community, filed for divorce, and was treated for breast cancer.

Most recently, I was laid off from my full-time job.

One by one, the structures I had built my identity around fell away. While these changes were painful, they taught me a vital lesson: if a structure is built on a faulty foundation, no matter how secure it appears, it is destined to fall.

Finding My Way Back

During these transitions, I found myself in the liminal space, searching for healing.

Nature became my medicine.

It was in the quiet amongst the trees that I finally heard my own voice again. Not the voice of fear, obligation, or guilt but the voice of my own inner knowing.

The forest taught me how to slow down, be silent, and trust what unfolds.

What began as my path toward healing eventually became my path toward being whole.

The Significance of 717

One experience from that time remains especially meaningful to me.

While visiting a friend in New York, a rainbow appeared during our conversation. I happened to glance at the clock and noticed it was exactly 7:17 p.m.

The number 717 had already been appearing repeatedly throughout my journey, showing up at moments when I needed reassurance the most.

Seeing the rainbow at that exact time felt like a gentle reminder that I was exactly where I needed to be, even if I didn't know where the path was leading.

Whether you call it intuition, synchronicity, divine guidance, or simply being more aware, I began to trust the wisdom that reveals itself when we slow down enough to listen.

how i can support you

Today, having learned to trust my own inner guidance through significant life transitions, I help others uncover theirs and chart a course that feels right for them.

Through guided forest bathing experiences and intuitive readings, I create space for reflection, clarity, and connection.

Whether you are navigating grief, a life transition, burnout, uncertainty, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a space to slow down and listen for what wants to emerge next.
