All intuitive readings, nature-based sessions, and guided resources provided by Ely Creative Studio LLC (dba Liminal Oasis) are for educational and personal growth purposes only. These services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice. Ericka Jordan does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any physical or mental health conditions.
2. Limitation of Liability and Waiver
By engaging with our services or materials, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own life choices and actions. You agree to waive any claims against Ericka Jordan and Ely Creative Studio LLC for damages or losses resulting from your interpretation or application of the insights provided during sessions or within digital content.
3. Outdoor Activity Waiver (Forest Therapy)
Participation in outdoor sessions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather fluctuations, and exposure to nature. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical participation. You certify that you are in adequate physical condition for these activities and agree to hold the guide and Ely Creative Studio LLC harmless for any injuries sustained.
4. Intellectual Property and Usage
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and digital downloads, is the property of Ely Creative Studio LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized reproduction of any materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Lucas County, Ohio.
