If you feel overstimulated or disconnected, this experience helps you move out of your head and back into your body. By slowing down and engaging your senses, we lower the volume of the outside world so you can finally hear what your own spirit is trying to tell you.

Each session is a guided immersion designed for one, though a guest is welcome to join you at a reduced rate. Even when two people do the practice together, forest bathing is inherently personal; you and your guest will each move through your own individual experience with nature.

The session concludes with a mindful tea ceremony.

Individual Session — $60
Bring a Guest — $50 per person

Sessions are approximately 2 hours and are held at your choice of Side Cut Metropark, Toledo Botanical Garden, or Wildwood Metropark.

kind words from participants

🌿 Andrea Y.

"I left feeling calmer, refreshed, grounded, and spiritually renewed. Ericka has a remarkable gift for holding space and helping others experience the healing presence of nature."

🌿 Emily B.

"I left feeling incredibly grounded, yet also so much lighter and free. If you think forest bathing is just a nature walk in the park, you are going to miss out on an incredible experience. It is multisensory and deeply connecting!"
