Unlike a traditional hike, this is a slow-paced, intentional wandering designed to help you "drop in" to the natural world. As your guide, I hold the space and offer a series of "invitations" to help you transition from the noise of the modern world into the stillness of the forest.
The Journey
We will cover less than a mile over two hours, focusing on presence rather than physical exertion. Through sensory prompts, you’ll be invited to move out of your thinking mind and into your sensing body—noticing the textures, sounds, and rhythms of the land.
Quiet Reflection
You’ll have ample time for silent wandering or sitting, allowing nature to speak to you in its own way.
The Tea Ceremony
We conclude our two hours with a mindful tea ceremony to ground the experience and prepare you to return to your day with peace.
An Optional Offering
After we close the circle at 12:00 pm, I will remain for a short time to offer complimentary intuitive readings. This is entirely optional—a quiet space for those who wish to receive a bit of extra insight or reflection as part of their experience.
